Zach Joyner
Zach Joyner enters his first season as Head Coach of the Red Oaks, bringing a strong local baseball background and a passion for developing players. A former infielder at North Carolina Wesleyan and Louisburg College, Zach has three years of coaching experience and currently serves as an assistant coach at NC Wesleyan. He has also played and coached for multiple summer collegiate teams in the Raleigh area, giving him deep familiarity with the region and its talent. Zach is committed to building a competitive ad exciting program while helping players grow both on and off the field.

CJ Dibenedetto
CJ Dibenedetto joins the Red Oaks staff as Pitching Coach, bringing a strong blend of playing experience, coaching expertise, and competitive edge. Currently the Assistant Pitching Coach at Montreat College, CJ previously served in the same role at North Carolina Wesleyan. As a player, he pitched at both NC Wesleyan and SUNY Cortland, building a deep understanding of pitcher development and game preparation. Excited to take the reins of the Red Oaks pitching staff, CJ is focused on developing arms the right way, attacking hitters, and building a staff capable of competing for an ONSL championship.

Olivia Martin
Olivia Martin returns to the Red Oaks front office as Assistant General Manager, bringing energy, leadership, and a deep understanding of game-day operations. A student at Broughton High School, Olivia served as an intern last season and quickly proved herself as a go-to leader, successfully running everything from the concessions stand and merchandise tent to the ticket table. This season, she’s excited to take on an expanded role, overseeing all game-day operations and helping grow the Red Oaks brand throughout the Raleigh community. Olivia’s organization, initiative, and passion for the team make her a key part of the Red Oaks’ continued growth.

Mark Arsen
Mark Arsen joins the Red Oaks as Director of Strategic Partnerships, where he will lead efforts to grow community and business partnerships while driving group ticket sales. Mark brings valuable local experience from serving in a similar role with Wake County Speedway and supporting social media and marketing initiatives for several other Raleigh-area businesses and organizations. With a strong pulse on the local market and a passion for connecting organizations with the community, Mark is excited to help spread the word about the many ways to partner with the Red Oaks. We’re thrilled to have him on board.

Andrew Touchette
Andrew Touchette joins the Red Oaks as Director of Community Engagement, leading efforts to deepen the team’s connection throughout Raleigh and the surrounding communities. Andrew will support local events and outreach initiatives to drive year-round engagement and meaningful impact both during the season and beyond. Currently the Principal at Kestrel Heights Charter School in Durham, Andrew is deeply rooted in the Triangle, coaches his son’s youth baseball teams with the City of Raleigh, and brings a lifelong love of the game. His passion for baseball and the Raleigh community makes him a natural fit to help the Red Oaks grow their presence and impact across Raleigh.

Chase and Emily Lio are the proud new owners of the Raleigh Red Oaks! With a shared passion for sports and community, Chase and Emily are thrilled to be part of the Raleigh area, especially in championing local youth sports. They’re dedicated to building a team that Raleigh can be proud of and rally behind, creating exciting moments on and off the field.
